Private Coaching & The Mambo Mastery Program

The program is designed for dancers who are already training in salsa or mambo and want a structured, goal-oriented path to a significantly higher level. You do not need to be at an advanced level; you need to have a clear goal and the commitment to work toward it consistently over six months. The foundation assessment at the start of the program tells us exactly where you are and what the plan needs to look like.

Before week one, Fed or Pao will sit with you to understand your goals, assess your current dancing, and select up to four training modules from our curriculum of 13 that are most relevant to what you want to achieve. Your complete 24-week plan is then written and delivered to you on day one, so from the first session you know exactly what you are working on, why, and in what sequence.

All three packages include the core coaching system: the 24-week plan, weekly private sessions, studio practice time, and weekly video feedback. Package B adds unlimited access to level-appropriate group classes and entry into a Dance Mambo Performance Team. Package C adds bespoke choreography, entry to the yearly showcase, a professional photo and video shoot, comp and show day support, and a $500 Dance Mambo gift voucher. The right package depends on your goals, we will recommend one during your application conversation.

Spots are limited each intake to ensure every student receives the level of individual attention the program is built around. We do not run large cohorts. If you are considering applying, do not wait until applications close; enquire early.

Yes. The program is available for individual dancers, couples, and duets. Couple pricing is available across all three tiers. The 24-week plan is built around both dancers and their shared goals, with individual attention given to each within the sessions.

At the end of the program, Fed or Pao will give you a full debrief on your progress and a clear recommendation for your next step. Whether that is continuing into a second program at a 10% compounding renewal discount, transitioning into the group class program, or pursuing a specific performance or competition goal. The program is designed to leave you with a foundation that continues to serve you well beyond the six months.

Yes. Individual private lessons are available at $99 per hour for current Dance Mambo students and by arrangement for dancers from outside the academy. If you are unsure whether the full program is the right fit, a private lesson is a good way to experience the quality of instruction before committing.
